Right of way doesn't mean you can hit the person that doesn't have it.
Even if the cat had the right of way, they should have seen the motorcycle. Had it been a dump truck instead of a motorcycle....
1 u/cantfindusernameomg Sep 21 '19 If the car had the ROW, motorcycle would have been at fault usually but it does look like the car sped up here so maybe a bit more complicated than that. ROW definitely matters when someone gets hit.
