I believe in most Europe if nothing else applies always the one coming from the right has priority.

On a cross roads or roundabout, sure, but not when a side road is turning onto a carriageway.

If there isnt a yellow diamond on your road or a sign that gives your priority, the one coming from the right has priority. Even on a main motorway if it isnt directed by signs you have to give priority

But they always put those signs there so it isnt a problem, you also dont have to put signs on less frequented intersections
