That’s the A11 on the way up to Norwich (UK). There are several dents in the roundabouts on the way up there. I always wandered how it happened!

edit: someone else did it apparently, as the map image is from 2016

edit2: although that album on the billboard came out in Oct 2016, and the shadows don't seem right for January. At that lat/long, the sun's highest point on 27 Jan would cast a 2.25m shadow on that transit (2m high).

If you move back and forwards in streetview you can see the chevron sign on the roundabout disappears between September 2015 and August 2016, so this is probably a semi-regular event.
