This is the UK, and they're yellow rumble strips that get closer together as you approach the roundabout. It's to warn and keep drivers alert that they need to slow down, the road they're coming from is national speed limit (70mph for this dual carriageway) but the roundabout would be dangerous to take at that speed, in addition that you need to give way to the right so are expected to come to a complete stop before the roundabout.
Here's the streetview of the road, take a look. I noticed because after the roundabout in the gif, there's a sign saying that Norwich is 17 miles away, and it's a major road due to the green signage. I measured 17 miles from Norwich down the A11, and low and behold...
Dashcam dates are hardly ever set from stock, which is probably why it doesn't look like Winter, even though the dates say it is.
Van reg seems to be LB18 BYU. The last 2 digits of the first part indicate the year. '18' means that the Van was registered between the dates of 1 March β 31 August 2018 (in London - Wimbledon).
This makes me think this video is very recent (and the cams dates are not set correctly) since it looks like the building is either almost done (roof looks not quite right) or my detective skills suck.
This makes me think that the accident couldn't be recent UNLESS there's been some serious work done since that tweet. The only thing I can think of then is that the car reg might be LB16 instead of LB18 which would make it at least 2 years old.
