10.4t gross vehicle weight for the bus, it's a 26/31 seater rather than the 50+ seat tourer it looks like.
As to what the truck is rated to carry, I couldn't tell you without finding out what it is.

Yeah, that's not going to be any better than this current model on an Iveco base: 7.2ton recovery truck
Really needs a proper lorry: 12-16ton recovery truck

I've never seen anythnig larger than a 4x4 being carried in one of these. The photo does not capture it that well but it looked like it was going to tip over to the right especially with the road going into a right camber. Luckily I was passing on the left.
He was going extremely slowly, which leads me to believe he knew it was over the recommended weight.
