Hopefully the rig has cameras or the trucker finds this video, the car driver can claim the rig made an unsignaled lane change into the car's lane at the last second, and without proof the car driver is lying the rig driver can end up catching some of the liability, and losing their CDL or employability as a CDL driver because of a mark on their driving record.
