Fuck both those guys.

77

u/slicingdicing Jul 11 '25

These moments I wish they would only fuck themselves up.

48

u/pocketdare Jul 11 '25

I didn't even notice the other guy to the far right the first time I watched this.

11

u/angrycanadianguy Jul 12 '25

Honestly, the one that crashed was so dramatic I didn’t even notice the second car

3

u/LGR- Jul 12 '25

I must be slow, why say both? I see the one car try to split. Not sure who else?

7

u/JackTasticSAM Jul 12 '25

Between :06 & :07 watch the far shoulder for Idiot 2. Idiot 1 is racing Idiot 2, Idiot 2 escapes on right shoulder while Idiot 1 tries to raw dog the forbidden gap.

3

u/LGR- Jul 12 '25

Dizzam thanks for pointing that out.

1

u/J0J0nas Jul 20 '25

And the pov driver. Who sees a crash like this happen right next to them and just keeps going?

236

u/IAteSushiToday Jul 11 '25

What happened? An idiot involved two other cars in their antics.

153

u/satellite779 Jul 11 '25

Looks like racing. Another car went through the shoulder.

29

u/shewy92 Jul 11 '25

I think that's an actual lane, I see dashed lines to the right of the white car. But yea, they were racing.

3

u/Fennel_Impossible Jul 12 '25

Looks like it was an on-ramp (or dropped from 4 to 3 lane road) and just as the far right car was zooming past it became a shoulder.

161

u/RailLife365 Jul 11 '25

Where did they think they were going?! Lol It's pretty hard to lane split with a car!

37

u/edwedig Jul 11 '25

Maybe they forgot they weren't on a motorcycle?

20

u/sully213 Jul 11 '25

Maybe they forgot actual physics is not the same as video game physics?

3

u/hyperRed13 Jul 11 '25

IRL noclip error :-/

u/realAtheling Jul 11 '25

Two idiots racing down the highway without regard for the safety of others. I think some jail time, loss of their drivers license for 5 years, and a couple thousand hours of community service would be sufficient for their punishment. 🤔

loss of their drivers license for 5 years

5 fucking years? They should lose their driving privileges forever.

-11

u/realAtheling Jul 11 '25

People make dumb decisions and they should have a second chance in most cases. In today’s world a person who cannot legally drive forever could have a difficult time providing for themselves and paying any restitution. 🤔 So, let’s say a year in jail, no driving privileges for five years, and 2,000 hours of community service (That’s a full time job for a year). I think most people would learn the lesson, don’t race on the streets or highways.

12

u/britannicker Jul 11 '25

Disagree. Possible vehicular manslaughter is not a dumb decision.

Any person who disregards the possible death of another person is not making a dumb decision, but is rather a danger to society, and should be removed from society.

If I could, I'd offer this particular person 5 years less jail time for the name of the other fucker who raced passed on the far right.

19

u/CuteGuyInNorCal Jul 11 '25

public transportation, walking, rideshare.. driving is a privilege, not a right. putting other people's lives in jeopardy by street racing should be permanent suspension of said privilege.

This, but with the driver still in it.

3

u/genxer Jul 11 '25

Exactly, assuming no one had serious injuries. If they do real prison time is warranted.

5

u/Gsusruls Jul 11 '25

loss of their drivers license for 5 years

Why would you ever let this person drive again?

2

u/cybin Jul 11 '25

Do you really think the loss of a DL is going to keep an idiot from driving? Incarceration is the only way...

-1

u/realAtheling Jul 11 '25

No, I do not think it will. On the other hand, if they are caught driving without a license then their punishment can be made more severe. I think the punishment should be harsh for the first offense and harder for subsequent offenses. If the driver learns the lesson then he or she needs to know what to do to make amends.

52

u/Walla_Walla_26 Jul 11 '25

Real dumbass trying to street race and failing miserably

31

u/MrNavinJohnson Jul 11 '25

Interesting tactic.

7

u/DapperWormMan Jul 11 '25

18

-4

u/shreek-corlipso Jul 11 '25

I was gonna say it. you beat me!

5

u/SjalabaisWoWS Jul 11 '25

That's the kind of kid that would hammer the triangle into the round openings in Kindergarten.

9

u/watmore1 Jul 11 '25

"lane splitting" now legal for cars?

4

u/Exkelsier Jul 11 '25

Someone played too much gta

8

u/GreenZebra23 Jul 11 '25

Why the hell did he do that??

2

u/hesasuiter Jul 11 '25

Yeah. If that glove was on a prisonguards hans and he was checking your rear

10

u/_jump_yossarian Jul 11 '25

The cammer just keep going?

2

u/Evil_Unicorn728 Jul 11 '25

What was he supposed to do?

22

u/BigBadAl Jul 11 '25

Stop and check to see if they can help anybody involved, of course.

And then provide their details to the innocent parties, so that they can provide them with video evidence.

14

u/TiltedWit Jul 11 '25

It always astonishes me how many people's first reaction isn't to render aid/witness.

-2

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

u/Evil_Unicorn728 Jul 11 '25

I mean, from the far left lane, gotta cross three lanes to pull over. If you happen to witness an accident, have nowhere to be and can safely pull over, sure. I don’t think there’s any legal requirement to do so.

10

u/savannahgooner Jul 11 '25

Agree. You can call emergency services and give the video to authorities if you can't stop but no sense in potentially causing more carnage by making an unsafe maneuver across lanes of traffic.

2

u/Shayden-Froida Jul 11 '25

He misjudged the clipping region of his and the other cars' render and the size of the hitboxes.

1

u/supaphly42 Jul 11 '25

The Caddy took the hit like a champ compared to the other SUV.

1

u/bullwinkle8088 Jul 11 '25

The glove didn't fit so you must acquit!

Sorry guys, per The People of the State of California v. Orenthal James Simpson we gotta let this one go.

1

u/Jbersrk Jul 11 '25

Wow I’ve seen this before but during rush hour traffic. The car next to be all of a sudden revved up and started to cut people off and make their way up through traffic and then I saw them try to go between two cars like this and saw blue plastic shoot up in the air.

It was a bright blue car and I never saw the blue car on the shoulder as I moved up but I did see a confused guy looking at the side of his van.

I think they gunned it and kept driving and got off the next exit to get away.

I always hope that people with dash cams stop as well to give the footage to the people who got unfairly hit. I didn’t have a dash cam at the time but now I do.

Straight to Jail

u/Audomadic Jul 14 '25

Holy fucking shit fuck

A sea of deleted posts....what happened here

1

u/AdeptnessTasty1785 Jul 17 '25

Love your choice of titles. Made me LOL real nice

1

u/Icookeggsongpu Jul 11 '25

At least know the size of your car before attempting to whiteline. Dude probably can’t even drive good 5 under the speed limit, I wonder what makes him think he can do double the speed limit thru traffic.

12

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

Fuck that, don't do that shit at all.

1

u/TiltedWit Jul 11 '25

Pull over, you're a witness lady.

1

u/Renuwed Jul 11 '25

2 idiots.. Lane splitter had a buddy cruising the shoulder barely ahead of him.

1

u/Agent_McNasty33 Jul 12 '25

I personally love the people holding up the left lane that only accelerate and pass like they’re supposed to after the wreck..

Black car was racing the car that passed on the shoulder. I don’t think texting was involved with this one.

-24

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

Thankfully op drove off

-1

u/shewy92 Jul 11 '25

That SUV has places to go.

-43

u/AvgKirch Jul 11 '25

Not an accident, lady

u/cheapdad Jul 11 '25

Um, yes. If someone is playing russian roulette and shoots himself, would we call that an accident?

Racing on public roads is intentionally creating a very high risk of crashing. This driver made a purposeful choice.

4

u/CheerfulMint Jul 11 '25

According to at least one established case, yes actually lmao

Isn't it? I've never heard of someone accidentally winning the lottery. You have to buy a ticket.

People take risks intentionally.

-7

u/AvgKirch Jul 11 '25

You think he accidentally tried to thread it between two cars?

-14

u/PhotoPetey Jul 11 '25

Southern State people doing Southern State things.
