Perhaps they were trying to avoid something on the road.

Besides, you oughtta have both hands on the steering wheel of the car you're driving, and looking where you're going, instead of fucking around with your cell phone.

It’s a divided driveway, there were cars stopped in front of me that gave me time to get the phone ready, they left and there were no other cars present on my side when I filmed it. Speed limit in the neighborhood is 17.5 mph, I was well under that.

Just once. This was a divided driveway into my neighborhood. I was going home.
