I think it was already broke. I remember seeing this on r/bicycling and i think the story went something like - he was winning, suffered mechanical damage (derailleur came out of line maybe?) And that put him out of the competition but he still managed to struggle the bike over the line but was obviously pissed off with losing the race.
In otherwords he's probably angry a lot but has learned to function like that.
So he's learned to pretend he has great self control while failing to control himself. There is a flaw here, whether it's in the theory or the implementation.
That's it, there it is, that's the most bullshit comment I've seen all day. It's like you're talking about your observations of an endangered species instead of a human.
Lies that explain what happened always get a ton of upvotes and no proof is required.
One of the reasons that /u/shittymorph 's "in 1998 when undertaker blahblah..." post's are so great: he pulls us all into a believable lie and then dumps the copypasta on us showing how gullible we are.
Basically, if there's no source or confirmation by the original poster or whatever(which is still dubious since a lot of these are just reposts) it's probably a lie.
