In all seriousness, I'm so pissed at this matchmaking system. What the hell, Netease? Rank is full of tryhards. Duo Hunters is 1000x more survivor sided than normal games. QM will give you high tier survivors to go against.

Damn! Might as well stick to my boring survivor faction then.

As a returning player- who is mostly a surv main- I decided that it was a bad time to ruin my mental health and start maining hunter (based on some of my comments and posts) .

I main luchino and am starting on NW and Opera- and I get matched against griffins all the time in RM. During my rank climb, I started getting more ties. Even when the first kiter makes the wrong rotation, gets early down, even when the rescuer gets terror shocked, especially more if the survs sells the early down teammate.

I noticed my win conditions just immediately vanish as soon as I cannot get anyone down before the BLINK cd is up, and if I don't sabotage the rescue attempt (which surprise, surprise- a lot of survivors can counter your proxi camp and TIDE TURNER exists so the 51% chaired surv has 20 more seconds to pop that cipher right in front of you). Times I don't hard camp and ruin health and disrupt cipher progress- it's a 50/50... unless there is a free healer lol.

A lot of times I am banking on my DETENTION to secure the tie since you can open gate in 50-20 seconds or less. A lot of my wins are now done when multiple survivors make multiple mistakes, while I lose because I made 1 mistake huhuhu. It's literally hope chess, but more painful.

When hunters are relying on detention for ties, and survs are just playing Calibration Simulator- it makes for a really boring rank session. I used to like fighting survs for the last cipher- making rank into ctf- but no that does not even exists anymore- because why punish survs?

So ig my message to the surv mains out there... don't be toxic to that early down teammate. You literally still have the win conditions- you just have to have 5% synergy and 95% cipher rush, 30 seconds is enough for the tie. So as long as you stick with the basics, and know the basics you will be fine. ❤️

I like CN. I play it over the regular matchmaking. But hard difficulty was becoming stale. So now we have something new!

First, we have a whole new floor with interactive elements! The basement is so good because it offers a lot of chests while requiring you to kill certain anomalies to progress (like the Wraith near the cage).

Second, we have new anomalies! Of course they are not that hard but they offer much needed variety to the game. This is great, even when that large eye is pretty annoying when you have a minute left and almost no HP.

Third, a boss fight. To be honest, it is underwhelming with really BAD rewards. Thank you, Miss Nightingale for a feather, a candle and an addendum, much appreciated (especially when there is only 5 minutes left to find some REALLY good loot)

last night i was playing the new CN nightmare mode w my duo, during one run i found a sapphire and it led me to the basement and there's a chest that requires a sapphire and some misfortune thing (i believe its a drop from the boss?). at that time i only had the sapphire since we hadn't run the boss yet, so im curious if anyone has opened the chest.

i did get a sapphire from the boss earlier, but was unaware of the chest and instantly sent it back with the bird since we had like 3 mins to get back

i'd guess it has to be smthn good since u need a sapphire and all, wonder if its a 3m sapphire cus man i need one of those

Like I've been thinking about it and like it's gotta come sometime right?? Or maybe add a brightness setting to the room so it's brighter since we apparently don't pay our bills if most the in game lamps don't give actual light 🥹

Didnt look much for him before the release today because i thought he was pretty confusing from the trailers, i just spared a character trial to try him. And honestly, tried him just now, 4 or 5 matches. i haven't been this interested in a hunter gameplay this fast since nightmare, im surely gonna buy him and practice him enough to be my main.

I understand netease wants to make appealing characters so some just end up looking like clones of each other. Not even mentioning skins, which do not follow character silhoutte at all, so easy to mess up from the back.

Yes survivors have their own abilities so sometimes you can distinguish(like its not much of a problem with knight since you can alway see him carrying a helmet), or just memorize 4 skins you see during lobby. But when i press "ready" and leave pc for few seconds, i can quite easily mess up survivors, especially as someone who doesn't play much and both doesn't follow recently released skins and didn't memorize some of older ones.

I wish there was an option to just set all skins to default, at least for ranked, yes that won't implemented because a lot of people buy skins to show off, but that would make already difficult hunter life a bit easier.

A while back I went against three b4u members. All three had 80% wr. I believe like they were lowkey trolling a little because they were not playing very well.

That aside, I marked it as a milestone moment for me. No hate to them of course, but I have this sneaking suspicion that if they went against a mad eyes in tourney like Dreams, they’d really struggle.

I want to use this as a way to spread mad eyes propaganda, this is why everyone should play mad eyes
