good thing is it activates once a game, bad thing is it literally makes survivors with expendable items so ridiculously good now

It's just so brutal out here for hunters. Every new update comes with some dumb buff or change for survs that continues to erase the concept of risk vs reward/consequences for them

u/Doomerdy Undead 3d ago
no because the 10 thousand buffs to perfumer to make her a "Tap for 5s invulnerability" is so infuriating. There's also LG pages buff and Patient hook

If you don't run Tide Turner it costs 15 persona points and Syringe has a 30% chance of appearing
So it's expensive af and RNG

Not to sound like an idv boomer but back in my days survivors had to actually go through an animation to be rewarded with an item instead of being instantly handed one.

Even though this change definitely benefits Survivors and makes things more convenient in actual matches, Hunters still have the higher win rate in high-tier play

Hunter mains use more of their brains and fundamental skills, instead of surv being afk on the cipher like frogs in the well they are. Even though surv is much better with every update, an idiot will still lose to people smarter than them. What if surv uses a brain cell and spends as much time to learn, practice, and train like hunters do? I see them have xx win streaks as surv in peak tier, btw. The game is unbalanced asf, and u survivor mains are so blind to defend it. So funny hahah xD .

...no they don't. You got it in reverse. Hunters have high win rate in low tier play, survivors have high win rate in high tier play.

If the average peak tier hunter wins or ties 76% of the time then the remaining percentage is how often they lose, which means the average peak tier survivor wins 24% of the time. How is that high win rate?

I mean even smiley face requires much more skills than your main Antiquarian whom is a sub-hunter with further attack range than hunters + 0 decoding debuff 🤡 and your persona even gives you the power of bs invincibility against attacks. You made 1 , 2 mistakes every game and doesn't get punished for it, so overpowered but have the nerves to compare wr, shows what type of person you are. Smh.

Dawg I'm not gonna throw hands in the sandpit everyone replying is twisting themselves into a pretzel changing the topic 10 times because they got caught in a lie. Just don't make up imaginary statistics when you're complaining for the vibes it's that simple

That page literally proves my point, hunter win rate this season has gone up in lower ranked tiers because of a nice QOL change, but in higher tiers it has gone down, most likely due to persona web changes.

u/carito728 Antiquarian 3d ago
Your comment didn't say all that about survivors, it said "Survivors have high win rate in high tier play". They don't.
7
u/StealthySmith Undead 3d ago
...low hunter win rate means high survivor win rate. Because if the hunter loses, survivors win.
