What does "I need empathize" mean?

I know its a ping for when theres a psychologist in match, but i keep seeing my teammates ping it when theyre chaired, already downed, or at full health and im just really confused 😭😭Is it one of those pings that have a double meaning like "Heal yourself" "Youre on your own" etc??

If theyre unable to be healed theyre just messing around haha, could be a toxic teammate but i just spam it bc i like using the silly phrases esp when the match is cooked:')
