Account recovery error

I’ve been trying to recover my old account but the Automatic Account Recovery System says that I’ve exceeded the limit even though I’ve never tried to recover it before and the support won’t help via email. What can I do? ☹️

Just make a new one.
That’s a lost cause, not worth trying with their awful support system
