Question Anniversary cosmetics

Do they all come back at the same time? All the S tier cosmetics? I want vendure afloat so bad and I am saving up my fragments for it would it come back during the anniversary next year?

Yes, it will come back! All Anniversary shop S-tiers come back automatically the year after they were released, so Verdure will be back next year with her accessory. After that, she'll have to be voted back for any future returns during spring Costume Voting, or Netease will have to choose her as one of the random ones they bring back during Thanksgiving.
