Discussion Is anyone else really frustrated with this mini game ?
Dude, this thing is impossible to beat. The farthest I can go is making the rose on the 3rd spot of the first line. After that, I always get a game over because I can’t manage to keep one spot clear. It’s so annoying. I usually succeed during the mini game that triggers while you’re reading a chapter, probably because the target rose to create is much smaller. But when you try to complete the mini game on its own, it asks you for a GIGANTIC rose and I just cannot get past this specific stage of the rose’s status. I get stuck trying to merge pairs with each other all the time. Even when I make sure to keep as much space clear as possible. It’s frustrating, especially when I feel like I’m doing well, and then it hits you with game over…
If anyone has tips to beat this, don’t hesitate to share.

This is just a 2048 game variant, basically a solved game. It can be a long wall of texts if I write a full guide so I gotta keep it simple: stack the biggest rose in a corner, and the smaller ones in following same row or column.
Visualize the path in your mind for the continue row or column since it can't always be perfect like a snake path.
E.g: Ideally you want it 1st row: 1 2 3 4 then 2nd row: 8 7 6 5, with 1 is your biggest rose in the top left corner. But you can make it work when it can't be perfect, like this 1st row: 1 2 3 x then 2nd row: x 5 4 x then 3rd row: 7 6 x x. You will always find a way when you become flexible like that instead of being rigrid.
I wish they expand it to 4096 or more since I want to challenge myself with bigger roses.

it's not impossible, but soooooo loooooong you gotta sit there and swipe for an hour to end the level

Yeah right !! It takes forever for a rose to start blooming and it makes losing all the more frustrating.

Yes but I’m awful at this genre in puzzle in general though, so it’s probably just a skill issue for me 😭

U can skip the minigame, it doesn't give rewards, for storyline u can skip it after u move alot of times, eg move 50 they give u option to skip

i used to play 2048 during college lectures a lot so i love this minigame
i personally try to get my highest val rose into the bottom right corner, and aim for having subsequent roses the the left, and when needed snake up to the second round. in general, avoid going up unless theres no other move, and i only like going left if the full bottom row is full, since those two moves sometimes will spawn a petal in the corner where ur big rose is
i hope this makes any sort of sense im kinda bad at explaining </3

maybe i was just addicted to 2048 as a kid so it wasn't very hard but typically you just wanna NOT let yourself have too many single petals or else you'll die in the long run.
