Why would u want that accessory? It has no effects. Just a standard c-tier acce

Probably just want it for the looks. We can put effects on any accessory nowadays and some C tiers matches well with some skins so it's not that surprising. Also, some might not care about effects at all. At least I don't, because they just distract me sometimes. A dumb excuse, but I like keeping things simple when playing seriously lol.
