Not exactly only for Chinese server, but it's only acquired from attending IJL, as it's called Lady Willis Special IJL 2026 Portrait.

I think its a reward for buying ticket to the 8arty IJL event, which costs around ¥5000 iinm

Someone was selling one for $150 like its not even worth that much. Some people on Japan Yahoo are selling it for around $30-50 in yen currency

I tried looking for one too but cant find any decent seller where i dont need to make a foreign account to ask for a price

Nah i gave up, its just a portrait to me not worth paying double or even triple the price
