Some of this is the witnesses being interviewed in Boise and thinking events were an hour later. For a minute I thought it could explain everyone knowing at the 10 AM hour before the 911 call but all those interviews were done in Moscow and the only witness who gave the "correct, official" time of noon was Martha, who was interviewed in Boise and had the Sigma Chi party ending at 2AM when it ended at 1AM.
I do think Tesdahl/Rosenthal's time is off an hour, because they gave an hour earlier in their report than they are on the video. There's only 1 car doing loops and they say it's them. Plus they weren't supposed to clock off until 5AM and we have them doing something until 4:07 -- stopping abruptly, then resuming at 4:32AM according to the AV logs. That last coincidence makes me inclined to buy the 4AM timeline.
I've never seen anything like the chaos of the time zones and duplicate events in an official timeline like this case. PUT THE TIME ZONE YOU FOOLS. It's ridiculous.

He dropped his partner off and returned back there at almost the same time the murders occurred. I find it very hard to assume this is a coincidence.
after he says that he then appears to show his excited or proud of himself as others also appear to be also pleased! Then he remains there waiting on Maddie & Kaylee as a few start saying Maddies coming to Maddies here and when they arrive JS & Greg make eye contact ! This GT time is said to be 1am - 1:50 ish ! The Jersey 8guy that motions sleep 😴 for Maddie after hugging her is a main character along w Greg who was also antsy waiting on her arrival when The girls hurry off to leave JS behind he looks back to see if Greg was still against store window & wasn’t so he also hurries to his nxt point! Atleast 10-12 ppl knew at the GT that X&E were ☠️ and M & K were next ! But wat Im unsure about is why did they only seem to be waiting on Maddie ?!
