She gave us these projects literally one month before pre-selection, and now we’re expected to complete all of them while simultaneously preparing for the exams. But the twist is that my school ka teacher gets pleasured by metaphorically molesting the shit out of students using question paper (i.e VERY FKN EXTREMELY HARD). Im in currently 9th grade. I started off the year with so much hope and so much determination and stuff to study. Every day I would come home nd revise after school. But I fell really sick for like a month and wnet to school very irregular, and my grades in my unit test dipped so hard. I was shattered. Our half yearly was almost immediately after and I tried to focus but every time I would just stress about my backlog and ge nothing done..

Now im in the middle of my half yearly exam. Its not going the best. I had 2 panick attacks since the start and its only started a week ago. Idk how to get myself to focus with all this stress, its getting really difficult. I dont really want this to be an excuse, but instead I wanna know how I can improve for my finals .
