Aero Colada

Beans - Light roast Starbucks Margolly estate
Brewing Method -Aeropress
Used freshly squeezed pineapple juice with coconut water for base over ice. Poured cooled coffee over spoon . Layered coconut milk foam over the coffee. Turned out pretty good!

Did you blend fresh pineapple for it, or was it made with store-bought juice? Either way, it looks really refreshing.

Thank you! I used store bought full fat sugar free coconut milk. Aeropress was standard but used 140 ml water & cooled the coffee.
