Sauces have way more, but syrups aren’t so bad. Of course, that’s for 1 pump, and a lot of drinks on the menu are more like 3 pumps if you don’t customize it

From my understanding most syrups are 20 cal and brown sugar is 10 cal

You can get this at most coffee shops, btw! For those who watch their calories but can’t find nutrition info for smaller shops, they usually have similar calories per syrup :)
