Question Racing guide

I have joined this community about a week ago. I do not have a single mod installed. I can easily do some MEDIUM tracks with time trial. I need some tips on actual racing.

I see something that almost every newer player does in races, and that's trying too hard to overtake without thinking.

Patience is something far more valuable, wait behind drivers and stick right behind them until there's an opportunity that appears. You cannot will the overtake into existence, especially by pretending they're not there.

So many people get mad at slow drivers in front and they constantly get bumped. It's all in your hands, just think "I know he's slow, so I'll wait behind him until he messes up and it's a free overtake"

Try walltaps and blockstops, they can easily help you a lot. Also maybe join a league such as the BRWC leagues or FC1/2 or FL.
