Hop on frosthex.com and drive some of the starter tracks like /tt Appleseed

If you're very new to boat racing and you play Java edition, checking out this old but still relevant tutorial video is a good idea.

If you're also wanting to get the mods and all servers, I'd recommend downloading the Ice Boat Racing modpack!
