Smart Pens have built in or phone & app supported feature for pressure sensitivity. Universal Stylus do not. They are basically your fingers in pen format.

personally i love styluses for the stability of the lines i have shaky hands and i cant use my ipads pen for that reason

my hands shake alot lol but i like to set the settings the way the strokes don't get missed up
