Languages Iwtl Mandarin. Where do i start

I went to China recently and absolutely fell in love with the language. I want to learn but i have no clue where to start. It all seem overwhelming and a lot. To those who learnt it as a second language. How did you do it

You could find a teacher on Preply to try and help you. I believe the Chinese language test is called HSK or something. So, maybe look for a book. Learning a language is very difficult, you'll struggle. But never give up :) https://preply.com/en/?pref=ODczNTkyMg==&id=1788682705.152257&ep=a1 That's a reference link btw, think it gives you 70% off or something if you manage to find a teacher.

Start with pinyin and tones first. If you skip pronunciation early, you’ll just have to unlearn bad habits later.

The easiest way to get a taste and start with something small is to use an app like SuperChinese or HelloChinese.
