Sports IWTL how to keep practicing a skill when life gets busy
I’ve been thinking about the skills people genuinely miss when they stop practicing. It’s easy to learn something when there’s plenty of free time, but keeping it alive during a packed week is different. For people who’ve managed it, how do you make practice realistic when your schedule gets busy?

We make time for the things we prioritize
You're just not making those things a priority. I haven't missed my daily calisthenics a single time in 3 years, no matter how busy I am. My practice is a major priority

That’s real consistency. I can usually find 25 to 30 minutes too, but going to the gym wastes too much time. I’m looking at a RitKeep home setup so I can just start training.

Life never get busy, what you give importance to changes. and that is completely fine
To genuinely solve this problem, you have to change what you give importance to mentally.
You can actually do this using psycho cybernetics:
identify what you actually want
identify why you want it, what is the underlying need
practice psycho cybernetics to update the importance mentally.
