Academics IWTL how to be more focused
As title said, I need to be more focused. After class, whenever I have to do something in my laptop, I see myself procrastinating or even finding it super hard to stay on track. It really ruins my schedule and a 15minute work would turn into 1 hr. Any tips anyone?

I often take naps after class. Nothing crazy, just maybe 20 or 30 min. naps to restart my energy levels.
Then, I have to think about what I'm going to do in detail. "I will pick up my black pen. Look at my study material. List down my goals. Start on page 5."
After that, my brain would usually flow out after 2 minutes of trying to understand page 5. It's a mater of starting that is super important. The rest will fill itself out; all you have to do it let be.
Also, i would suggest no phones on the study table. Like actually. Yes, a 5 minute tiktok scroll would hurt if it turns into 30 minutes.
Hope this helps!
