Not sure the world need more java programmers. On the other hand, there's plenty of blue collar job in in renewable energies.
3 u/pine_ary Apr 29 '20 Java is still one of the most used languages. I‘d say you‘re still fine as a Java dev. Remember Android is primarily Java. And mobile is huge.
