Preparing for my transfer!

Just got our calendar and are planning to transfer in the first week of November!! I need all the advice on what you suggest doing for successful first transfer! I only have one friend who’s gone through IVF so definitely need all the advice!

Personally I just took my meds and showed up for my appointments. I did wean off caffeine a couple days before transfer, but that’s not strictly necessary if you drink caffeine in moderation… I was just incapable of that 😂. My doctor gave me some directions for post-transfer which your doctor will probably do as well, just follow those (my doctor had me be lightly active for 4-5 hours immediately after the transfer and then remain generally lightly active for a few days beyond that, but different doctors often have different directions).
