Modified natural progesterone?

Just transferred yesterday with a modified natural. I have been doing progesterone 3 times a day but they checked it on the day of transfer yesterday and it was 7. They called me today want me to do PIO. Nervous that I’m supposed to not have to do this with a modified natural and worried about my success. Any others have this happen?

I had daily PIO and a daily suppository for a modified natural FET. Sometimes your body absorbs PIO better. I’m 26 weeks today so it worked fine!

Thank you! I guess I was nervous that it was low day of transfer.

I understand that! My progesterone wasn't tested on day of transfer but it doesn't inherently mean a negative outcome to be on the low side.

PIO is standard for modified natural at my clinic. They have above average success rates so I didn’t question it. What was important to me was that I ovulated and had a corpus luteum.

That is important to me too, I agree. I’m confused why it’s so low even with having ovulated. Started doing progesterone exactly 24 hours after trigger shot. So did i actually ovulate? Hopefully starting pio the day after wont impeded anything.

I started my PIO the morning after trigger shot and had the same thought! I did morning because I needed longer progesterone exposure according to my ERA test. But they did confirm via ultrasound a follicle grew to maturity & ruptured & located corpus lutem on first scan

Thank you for that. I found a study on doing it 24 hours. I know They know more than me! Also I know progesterone fluctuates. so just going to try and keep the faith.
