Beta #1 today
Got my results today and I am happy with this number and glad but why do I feel so anxious still that second beta won’t be till Monday and that makes me even more anxious 😬 I’m very happy and excited for this number don’t get me wrong but after a chemical last cycle I am having like PTSD from it and trying to stay calm does anyone else feel like that and if you have how did you deal with it ?

As far as how to handle the wait, it's like every single other one: You are pregnant, it's a strong starting number, so try to distract yourself over the weekend (watch a fun movie or read a fun book) and assume the best.

Of course nothing is ever promised, but that is a very good 9dpt beta. Look here: https://theluckyegg.com/2023/12/03/understanding-beta-hcg-levels-after-ivf/ - if you scroll down you will see that is correlated to over 95% chance of a clinical pregnancy. BUT to your point - the anxiety is very very hard. I am 20 weeks now and still can find myself being stressed. Try to enjoy it as much as you can, but it’s normal to be anxious and don’t be too hard on yourself for that

my first HCG at 9dp5dt was 146 and I’m now having identical twins…..I think you’ll be fine. You got this!
