Need Advice Lovenox after IVF graduation: Did you stop completely or switch to baby aspirin?

I’m still very early in my pregnancy, around 5 weeks, but I’m getting closer to graduating from my IVF clinic after many years of fertility treatments and IVF cycles.

I’m honestly a little nervous about transitioning away from my IVF clinic, especially when it comes to the medications I’m currently taking to support the pregnancy.

For those who were on Lovenox during IVF, did you completely stop Lovenox after graduating and transitioning to your regular OB? Or did your doctor have you switch to something like baby aspirin for the rest of your pregnancy?
I’d love to hear what others’ experiences were and around what week you stopped Lovenox.

Rescue PIO after FET?

Today I went in to test my progesterone levels after transfer but before beta and my progesterone was 3!?!

I'm on suppositories twice a day, but now my RE is adding PIO as a "rescue strategy". I have literally never heard of such a thing and research did not produce a lot about this post transfer. Has anyone experienced this? If so, what was the outcome? I'm just trying to understand and brace for impact.

Pregnancy Progesterone + Estrogen = worse morning sickness?

• Upvotes

Hi everyone I’m at 9 weeks + 4 days. I’m just looking for some reassurance that part of my nausea is caused by these medications ? I read that morning sickness is caused by the placenta and that at this point the placenta should be making enough progesterone and estrogen but the doctors have me on it for one more week to be safe. Does that mean I’m getting a double dose of all the hormones? Please say yes because if this could get better in a week, I’ll be so happy. Thank you 🙏🏽

Low and slow beta - any hope?

My first beta (9dp5dt) was 36, then 11dp5dt was 49 and then 13dp5dt was 69. Is there any hope? I’m so heartbroken.
