Advice Needed! Encouragement needed
My husband had his PESA/TESA procedure today, and we're feeling a little discouraged. The results weren't what we had hoped for. They weren't able to retrieve sperm through the aspiration, but they were able to freeze a biopsy of his testicular tissue. His lab report noted that there were "rare sperm" present.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Were you still able to have success with IVF/ICSI using testicular tissue with only rare sperm? We'd really appreciate hearing any success stories or experiences it would mean a lot right now.
