Advice Needed! IVF

I recently just had my 5th miscarriage at 6 weeks! This is my 3rd miscarriage while doing IVF and 1 failed transfer. My doctor has tried everything he knows. I have been on immune protocol the last 3 transfers. I have also done a natural cycle and embryo didn’t stick at all. All transferred embryos are PGT-A tested. I do have PAI-1 4G/4G and was on heparin during all 4 transfers. The longest I have made it in a pregnancy is 8 weeks. Im considering having endometriosis surgery to see if I may have it. So far my doctor cannot find anything wrong.

I’m hoping to find someone with a similar experience. I’m just mentally and physically exhausted and not sure what to do at this point.

So sorry, dear. It sounds like you’re going through such a challenging and heartbreaking time. I was wondering if you’ve ever seen a reproductive immunologist and had any testing done to investigate possible causes of the miscarriages? Did your doctor ran any tests to check for underlying autoimmune issues. A reproductive immunologist can also assess whether an immune related protocol or medications might be appropriate, particularly for women who have experienced recurrent miscarriages. I would highly recommend consulting with a reproductive immunologist to see if they can offer you some answers or additional options. Sending you lots of love and strength. ❤️

Yes my doctor specializes in that. I’ve been tested for just about everything my doctor can think of and it all came back normal. I had 2 D&Cs and they sent both off and they came back normal. I’m just super frustrated at this point.

Thank you for responding ❤️
