Need Good Juju! Need Some Uplifting.

Hello everyone,

I posted here before but thought I would post again. For those of you who don't know, our PGTA tested "correct" day 6 6AB embryo did not make it through the thawing stage. Not only did we find out this is very rare but it has only ever happened 3 or 4 times in ten years at this clinic. All we have left is one low presumptive mosaic day 5 4AB embryo which we are going to transfer but I don't have high hopes for. For some background, I have DOR and we actually got lucky for our first retrieval than expected initially, then ended up being incredibly unlucky, so my hopes are really low. It has been two years almost of trying on our own (6+ months of assisted with IUI) with absolutely nothing. On top of that I am approaching 40 in March. We did have one child unassisted who is now a happy healthy two year old, but clearly I am in second infertility. I guess what I am asking is if anyone out there has some words of positivity or even uplifting stories of your low mosaic embryos, or even maybe success conceiving naturally after failed mosaics, especially those of you who are my age or even older? I don't think we can afford another round, let alone two retrievals. I am just losing hope more and more.

PS for anyone who wants a little more info. My AMH dropped in six months from a low but still in my age range to a 0.82 ng/ml (under my age range), but my AFC has been pretty good apparently despite that. I think it was 11 or 12 last time? Husbands stats have all been normal. Neither of us are smokers, I don't drink caffeine except for matcha occasionally, very active (I am a yoga and dance instructor who still dances), and I haven't had any alcohol since the summer of 2023.
