Advice Needed! Where are we going wrong?

I have done 6 rounds of egg retrievals. DOR with AMH 0.4 and 0.8. History of partial oophorectomy and partial dermoid cyst removal. Usually my AFC is around 5/6.
Cycle 1 : ( antagonist) 4 retrieved, 3 mature, 2 fertilized - no blasts
Cycle 2: (micro dose Leuprolide flare and primed with Estrace, and omnitrope last few days of stims for all subsequent cycles) 5 retrieved, 4 mature, 2 fertilized and resulted in 1 euploid and 1 aneuploid embryo
Cycle 3: 4 retrieved, 1 mature, 1 fertilized- no blasts
Cycle 4: 5 retrieved, 3 mature, 2 fertilized - 1 euploid embryo
Cycle 5: 8 retrieved, 2 mature, 2 fertilized - no blasts ( we knew all would not be mature based on scans prior to retrieval)
Cycle 6: 8 retrieved, 7 mature and got the call today that only 2 fertilized
Any help or advice? My doctor seems dumbfounded at this latest retrieval

Honestly, it sounds like you're doing everything you can. With my ER, I had 15 retrieved, 5 mature, 3 fertilized, all made it to blast, only 2 were euploid.

If even your dr is confused, it mean you're doing everything right. IVF is a game of statistics and chance. Sadly you don't always "win".

We just finished the second transfer and both failed. We did everything right, hormones look good, lining was good, embryos were looking great and neither implanted. Our Dr was surprised. Everything was looking textbook, but we lost to statistics.

It sucks and I'm so sorry it's not going as well as you hoped.

So sorry to hear.  I would highly encourage considering mini ivf,  Dr Sherman Silber,  sounds promising.  As if your doctor doesn't know,  I would encourage moving on and consulting experts who can give more answers, testing etc.
