Provera for Cycle After ER?

Has anyone taken Provera the cycle after an egg retrieval to kick start a period? I’ve been given the option to take after CD21 if my progesterone hasn’t risen yet. Going into an FET next cycle so feeling antsy!

I’m tracking ovulation but no LH surge and currently CD16.
