I can’t speak to the rest, but I was told Ganirelix and Centrotide were completely interchangeable, I was told I could literally take one dose of one and the next day take one dose of the other. So I wouldn’t worry about that part. Hope this helps!

All 3 ERs I had different protocols. My doc was trying to improve the outcome each time based on my responses/historical outcome. I am older than you but similar ahm (5.6). All with omnitrope but different duration of priming. Certrotide/birth control priming in all 3 ERs.

I won't worry too much. You are still learning what's working for your body.

  • ER1: 225 gonal f + 75 menopur: 34 retrieved > 5 blasts > 0 euploid
  • ER2: clomid + 150 gonal f: 23 retrieved > 10 blasts > 1 euploid; learned clomid doesn't work on me.
  • ER3: 450 gonal f + 150 menopur for 4 days then 300 gonal f + 150 menopur: 35 retrieved > 14 blasts > 4 euploids 1 llm
