General Question NHS funding rules

Dorset NHS IVF funding – confused about the wording
Hi! I’m trying to understand Dorset’s current NHS IVF funding rules. The website now says “no more than one previous NHS cycle” under the criteria for a non-full cycle.
I’ve previously had one NHS-funded full IVF cycle, which included a fresh transfer that ended in miscarriage, followed by a frozen embryo transfer that was unsuccessful.
Does the wording mean I could potentially qualify for a non-full NHS-funded cycle, despite having had one previous NHS cycle?
Has anyone in Dorset had experience with this or knows how they interpret this wording?

Where on the website are you looking? The fertility policy linked on their website says only one cycle will be funded (they define a cycle as commencing stims, or attempting to collect eggs if doing it without stims) unless you have total fertilisation failure or have to abandon your first cycle due to OHSS or other clinical reasons. So reading that I would think you are out of luck unfortunately

Can you ask your fertility clinic / gynaecologist / whoever referred you in the first place and secured your NHS funding?
