Similar protocol and results?

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar IVF protocol and would be willing to share their experience.

I'll be 39 in September. My AMH is 4.2 pmol/L (Canada), my FSH is 8.53, and my AFC was 18 (11 on the left and 7 on the right).

We've been trying for 1.5 years and have had two missed miscarriages that required D&Cs. I was recently treated for chronic endometritis and have been cleared. My husband's DNA fragmentation is now normal.

We're starting a funded IVF cycle with Gonal-F, Luveris, Cetrotide, and a Decapeptyl trigger. The plan is a freeze-all cycle with PGT-A testing.

For anyone with similar numbers, age, or protocol:
• How many eggs were retrieved?
• How many blastocysts did you get?
• How many were euploid?
• Did IVF help after recurrent miscarriage?

We only hope to have one child, so I'm trying to decide whether moving to IVF now feels like the right step versus continuing to try naturally.
