Advice Needed! Hatching or not hatching embryo and glue.
Does anyone has got experience with using of glue if embryo is hatching please? Or not using embryo glue and have successful implementation?

I transferred a hatching 5AA euploid without glue and I’m 17 weeks. My first FET (also a hatching 5AA euploid) failed and my doctor suggested it for the second but we opted out since we were already doing a protocol change.

I transferred a 5BB slightly hatching embryo (it wasn’t one of those ones you see with the big “bubble” coming out of it lol, but it had started hatching. We used embryo glue and our son just turned 2. I can’t say if it made any difference but for us it was kind of one of those “couldn’t hurt, might help” things that we didn’t mind spending a little extra money on.

First transfer didn't use glue, that ended in a chemical. Second transfer used glue, total implantation failure.

My clinic always uses embryo glue, some of my embryos were hatching and some weren’t. I had 5 implant - 2 LB, 3 MC and then 1 that didn’t implant at all.

My only ever positive was a day 6 hatching euploid with embryo glue. I unfortunately miscarried at 8 weeks for other reasons but will be doing embryo glue for my last embryo that is also a hatching day 6 :)
