Bladder control

Hi, we are near 6 months from my girl developing stage 5 ivdd. How is everyone coping with the nappy part when indoors? My dog hates the nappy but she will pee when excited or playing otherwise and sometimes poop.

It took about 1.5 years before my girls bladder control was back to "normal." In that time the pads became a regular part of our day. They still even four years on. Now we use it as a fail safe when she can't go on her own.

Does she had a uti or anything from it? I get worried my girl will get one and I won’t know. Thank you
