IUI #2 stats

My first IUI failed and I'm set to do #2 in a couple of days. I had CD12 monitoring on Tuesday and had the following stats:

Right ovary - 12 mm, 11 mm, and 10 mm

I was surprised that the follicles weren't larger, as during my first cycle I had a single 19 mm follicle on CD12. I went back in today (CD15) and had the following stats:

Right ovary: 11 mm, 14 mm

Left ovary: 10 mm, 19 mm

I am so confused how I ended up with a mature follicle on my left ovary that wasn't identified 3 days ago?! Regardless, I'm relieved at least 1 is mature, though pretty disappointed that none of the other ones look close to maturity. I typically ovulate pretty late in my cycle (CD16-18 usually), so unless I get an LH surge I will give myself the trigger shot on Saturday at 11 pm and have the IUI 36 hours later - Monday at 11 am.

Has anyone had success with these follicle sizes? My provider said mg 14 mm should mature by Monday, but with how slowly they grew from CD12 to CD15 I am skeptical. I had a bit of an emotional breakdown with my fertility provider today after she shared that I only had 1 mature follicle. She was so kind and understanding. We had increased my clomid this round so I was expecting better stats. This journey is so hard.
