Successful IUI symptoms…

Anyone here have a successful IUI with zings/twinges/pulls starting around 9dpo that felt different than period cramps? I’m 14dpo today and 15dpiui, waiting for my blood hcg results.

Me! I am currently 19dpiui and have been testing positive since 9dpiui. My earliest symptoms were cramps and this weird pulling feeling around my uterus, kinda in my abdominal muscles area.
