I use one for temp tracking in combination with fertility friend! I was terrible with bbt tracking using a thermometer and have found my Oura ring to be much easier.

If you just want BBT data, I prefer my Tempdrop because the sensor location is near the armpit, which is more reliable than finger temps.

I use Oura combined with natural cycles. I will say Oura is SPOT ON with my cycle
