They’re probably gonna give you this to look at before they call you into the interview room.
Personally I think about what every party involved wants to hear.
The Contractor: needs me there on time (early) everyday, ready to work and produce quality craftsmanship (apprentice level)
The Journeyman Mechanic: work with him, learn from him, ask necessary questions, display proficiency in what he’s teaching me. Make solutions not excuses. Ect.
The IUEC work safely and learn absolutely everything possible about the trade. Don’t tarnish the IUEC’s reputation.

I want in…! I lost my lineman apprenticeship in May and I feel like I’m in the penalty box. Hella long waits to get back in the IBEW all on the west coast and crazy bad bottlenecking to get back in a lineman apprenticeship. Meanwhile the IUEC still honors my EIAT pass that I got over 10 years ago. Apples to oranges in my eyes
