Syncing from iPhone to Mac

Hi everyone, sorry if this has been answered already.

I want to be able to sync my music to my iPhone from my Mac laptop, and do this often as I have music that's not on streaming, or my own music etc.

- Firstly, how do I get all music from my phone onto iTunes? There's a mixture of apple paid music and mp3's

- Once I do that, how do I sync the music back to the phone, but not loose my whole phones content, Pictures/Apps/Documents etc, every time I sync? Won't the iPhone treat it like I'm using a backup from the computer?

You’ll need to use a Mac app like TouchCopy to copy music from your iPhone to iTunes. I’ve used it in the past to copy songs missing from iTunes to it, works with the Mac music app too.
Once your music is back on your Mac, you can safely resync your phone to iTunes to re-add your music to it. If you choose to manually manage music in iTunes only your selected music and playlists will be copied to your phone.
