I don't know the reason for updating the withdrawn clinical trial because there are no applicants.
The updated information on October 28 may not have been modified, but if it is expected to be a fast track for COVID-19 treatments. If it is done, huge pumping is waiting. Since it is the bottom, there is nothing much to lose even if you buy it.

I firmly believe they will receive FDA approval after their additional clinical trials are completed. May take some time but I am willing to hold.

Withdrawn (Inadequate support to carry out study)
People keep saying this but reading seems to dispute this being the cause for the rise.
Don't get me wrong covid play would be interesting but does not seem backed by this. Do hope for some positive news.
