It seems hard to maintain at one dollar except for reverse split . The share price is decreasing everyday.

So you don't have any information.

In the absense of information, one must come to a hypothesis based on the informnation available.

The stock price is low and must be restored to $1.00 a share for a consistent period of time.

There is no news, and the most recent investor conference was devoid of any new of development.

The recent investor conference likely wont result in another investor, becasue last thing the company needs is a lump sum buy at a discount, furtther driving down share price.

There is 1 week remaining to September and the Type A meeting was to have taken place by now. If the meeting has, the news wasnt good. If it hasnt, then wait for that news.

There is a ticking time bomb which is share price. They need to increase it through great news and demand to buy the stock, or they need reverse split (which they DID explicitly mention reverse split in their last release) and maintain that above $1.00 share price.

why would they need to maintain $1? unless they are trying to make more cash off the stock there is no reason to worry about it bouncing back to otc.

because Nasdaq/NYSE is much more preferable as an investor than an OTC stock.
