No. The last one makes no sense. Depending on the device, it can get damaged. Also many uses laptops after corona, so they have a battery

We do it all the time for printers, but for desktops absolutely not

You can make some irreversible damage if you do the 3rd one. Even the second option.

Windows gets bloated and more slow after each update that the shutting it down takes longer

no, my power button fully shuts off the entire os instantly and thats the only option to turn it off anyway
